Head of the firm’s shipping and transportation practice group. Born in Panama City, Republic of Panama on 23 January 1961. Education: Georgetown University (Bachelor of Arts in History and Economics, magna cum laude, 1983); Cornell University (Juris Doctor with specialization in international legal affairs, 1986). Admitted to practice: New York (1987) and Panama (1992). Worked with Holland & Knight, New York from 1986 to 1990. He is member of the American Bar Association and the Maritime Law Association of Panama. He is director of the Rotary Club of Panama. Languages: Spanish and English.
