Leonardo Slinger, partner, born in 1959, mainly concentrates on labour and litigation. He is professor of labour law at various universities in Uruguay. His extensive practice includes advising on labour matters, as well as negotiations with unions in conflictive collective cases and social security issues. He is the author of several publications on labour-related issues, he also handles labour litigation and is the coordinator of the litigation department. He was recently hired by all Uruguayan financial entities to represent them in the collective bargaining agreement negotiations with the banking union and the government. He is a member of the Uruguayan Association of Labour Law and vice president of the Asociación Uruguaya de Relaciones Laborales.
