Álvaro Tarabal

Álvaro Tarabal, partner, born in Uruguay in 1957, mainly concentrates on banking, corporate and litigation. He has taught Commercial Law at the University of the Republic, Montevideo. His vast practice includes financing in the public and private sectors, public and private bond offerings, mergers and acquisitions, project financing and investment structuring, being specialist in commercial, corporate and banking law and capital markets. He was a member of the Lex Mundi board of directors from September 2005 to September 2009, and is a member of the International Bar Association and the American Bar Association, as well as being a former member of the board of directors of the Asociación de Escribanos del Uruguay.
