Arnoldo Troconis

Arnoldo Troconis specialises in corporate law, telecommunications and M&A. He graduated cum laude from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (1988). He also received an MCJ from University of Texas, Austin. Among others, Arnoldo participated in the purchase by Telecom Italia Mobile (TIM) of the remaining minority shareholdings in Corporación Digitel, in the sale by Telecom Italia Mobile (TIM) of its shares in Corporación Digitel to Telvenco SA for US$425 million, in Global Crossing’s request of telecommunication licenses before Venezuela’s telecommunications agency and in the purchase of the Engineered Products Division of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company for US$1.475 billion by The Carlyle Group.
