Roberto Aguirre Luzi is a partner in the international arbitration practice of King & Spalding's Houston office. Mr. Aguirre Luzi's practice focuses on international arbitration with an emphasis on international public law. The scope of his arbitration practice includes counseling multinational corporations on complex arbitration before the World Bank's International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and UNCITRAL, as well as commercial arbitrations under the AAA and ICC rules. He also has extensive experience in administrative law, government contracts, oil and gas contracts, public utilities, and power and infrastructure projects. He also participated in various mergers and acquisitions and the formation of joint ventures in Latin America.
