Juan Manuel Mercant

Juan Manuel Mercant, partner, born in 1972, mainly works in the Banking and Corporate Department. His practice includes advising financial institutions in banking transactions in general, and those relating to securities market, mergers and acquisitions and corporate law at large. He also assists clients on competition and antitrust law and on venture capital transactions. He has been a member of the Uruguayan Bar Association since 1997. He has written various publications in corporate law, financial trust, and competition law.
