Eduardo has written several articles, such as “‘Impediments’ and ‘suspicions’, critical judicial thinking and local arbitral institution initiatives”, published in the International Bar Association (IBA) Newsletter; “Arbitration and Non-Signatories”, published in the Vindobona Journal; among others.
