Graduated from the School of Law at the Catholic University of Santos, 1991, and obtained a degree of Specialist in Corporation Law at Catholic University of São Paulo, 1996 and an LL.M. in Taxation of University of Florida, 2000. Member of the International Bar Association - IBA and member of the legal counsel of the Federation of Industries of São Paulo (FIESP). Practice areas: Tax matters related to corporate transactions, investment structuring, mergers, acquisitions and cross-border transactions, including transfer pricing planning.
