Partner and co-head of Carey y Cía.’s Banking and Finance / Project Financing Group. Her practice focus is project financing, foreign investments, finance law, securities, and corporate law.

Ms. Carvajal has been involved in legal research for the Public Law Department, the Universidad Adolfo Ibañez School of Law, and the National Congress. As well, she has acted at the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez School of Law as an Assistant Professor of Civil Law (1999- present), of Introductory Law (2002), and of Constitutional Law (1997-1998).

Ms. Carvajal studied law at the Universidad Adolfo Ibañez. She was awarded the “Best Student Award” in 1995, the “Valparaíso-Chile Bar Association Award” in 1995, the “Best Assistant Professor Award” in 1997, the “Best Bachelor Award” in 1998, the “Valparaíso-Chile Bar Association Award” in 1998, and the “Best Assistant Professor Award” in 1999. She was admitted to the Bar in 1999.
