Renata specializes in Brazilian corporate and banking law. She has acted in leading food and agro complex cross-border and domestic transactions, including wide range of contracts and documents for syndicated loans, project finance, corporate finance, trade receivables financing, securitization transactions, private equity funds and asset management, margin financing, debt offerings of Brazilian private issuers, secured and non-secured loans and commercial contracts in general. She has a large experience in drafting and negotiating Brazilian ISDA agreements and other local derivative contracts, advising on relevant issues including enforceability, set-off and regulatory framework. She has also participated actively in loan workouts and out-of-court restructurings. Renata had her Bachelor degree concluded in 2002 from University of Sao Paulo - School of Law and her LL.M in Banking and International Finance Law in 2005, from IBMEC.
