Joana is an associate in the tax group of our São Paulo office and is specialized in Tax Law. Her main practice includes tax consulting and planning focused on direct and indirect taxes, as well as analysis of tax aspects involved in corporate restructuring and M&A. Joana is fluent in mandarin. She obtained her Bachelor Degree from University of São Paulo (USP) and she has a Specialisation Course in Tax Law - General Specialisation, Improvement and Extension Coordination Office (Coordenadoria Geral de Especialização, Aperfeiçoamento e Extensão - COGEAE) of the Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP).
