Carla's legal practice is primarily focused on commercial and cross-border litigation and arbitration. Her practice has emphasis on debt recovery (restructuring and insolvency). She participated actively in judicial and out-of-court restructurings, acting for Brazilian and foreign creditors and investors. She also participated in complex court disputes involving financial institutions and arbitrations related to the infra-structure and construction sectors. Carla published several articles about insolvency and arbitration. She obtained her Law Degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica (PUC) and Economics Degree from Universidade de São Paulo (USP).
