Sandra Orihuela is the founder of Orihuela Abogados|Attorneys at Law and her practice focuses on international business transactions, with an emphasis on complex mergers and acquisitions. She is licensed in Peru, as well as in the U.S. in the state of Colorado. Ms. Orihuela founded the firm with the goal of assisting foreign investors with establishing business projects in Peru. Her experience includes advising on mining and other matters in the U.S. and throughout Latin America, most of which have been international in nature. Prior to establishing Orihuela Abogados|Attorneys at Law, she served as in house counsel at Placer Dome Latin America (1997-1999) and worked as lawyer at Baker &McKenzie (1999-2003) and at Holme, Roberts & Owen LLP (1994-97). Ms. Orihuela is fluent in Spanish and English and is proficient in French and German.
