Lawyer and LLM candidate from Los Andes University. Before joining the Gómez-Pinzón Zuleta Abogados S.A., he worked in the LLM program at los Andes University. He has been assistant professor of the courses "Law and Public Policy", "Theory of Law" and "Legal Argumentation". In 2008 he took courses at the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is a member of Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Govenment Procurement and Oil and Gas practices.
