Fernando Cuesta

Mr. Fernando Cuesta joined Cuesta Campos in 1996. His practice focuses on domestic and international private equity investments, structuring of transactions, financing and business contracts. His areas of expertise include corporate, contracts, M&A, corporate governance and compliance and commercial law.

For over 15 years, he has represented national and international clients on subjects ranging from ongoing commercial activities to complex dealings or sophisticated cases. He participates as lead counsel on a number of projects for domestic and foreign clients.

In recent years, he has coordinated the incorporation, corporate structure and business start up of multinational companies, as well as domestic entities.
