Azucena Marín

Azucena Marín joined Cuesta Campos in 1999. She has focused her practice in corporate law and real estate transactions. Her other areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, foreign investment and financing.

For over 15 years, she has counseled domestic and multinational corporations in a wide range of contracts and transactions, as well as individuals, mainly on estate planning.

Her real estate experience includes sales and acquisitions of industrial, residential, commercial and tourism properties and federal concessions. She has also worked closely on compliance, licensing and financing issues with companies in the electronics, pharmaceutical, real estate and other strategic industries.

Ms. Marín is member and Vice chair of the National Association of Corporate Lawyers in Jalisco (ANADE), and Honorary Secretary of a number of non-profit entities.
