Mr. Agustin Yrigoyen specializes in Civil, Litigation, and Arbitration Law, as well as Commercial, Administrative and Real Estate and Inheritance legislation, areas in which he has extensive experience advising the firm’s clients. Mr. Yrigoyen has been Deputy Ad Hoc Solicitor for the defense of the Private Investment Promotion Commission (COPRI) and the Special Committee of Empresa Minera del Centro del Perú S.A. He is an Arbitrator registered with the Conciliation and Arbitration Center of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), acting on behalf of the firm and has participated as a member of the Peru Steering Committee of the International Law and Practice Section meeting organized by the New York State Bar Association, Lima-Cuzco, Peru (2007). Mr. Yrigoyen studied Laws at the Universidad Particular San Martín de Porres, speaks English, and is a member of the Lima Bar Association.
