Jaime Durand

Mr. Jaime Durand practice involves corporate law matters with particular focus on distributions of goods and services, Intellectual Property Rights as well as in Labor and Immigration law, with particular concentration in the hotel and transportation industries. Mr. Durand is a regular speaker at the meetings of the International Section of the New York State Bar Association regarding intellectual property matters. He is a member of the Public Services Law Institute (IDESER) and the Peruvian Association of Intellectual Property, and an active participant at the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the Interamerican Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI) meetings. Mr. Durand is a lawyer graduated at the University of Lima and a candidate for Masters Degree in Intellectual Property and Competition from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, speaks fluent English, and is a member of the Lima Bar Association.
