Luis Gastañeta

Mr. Luis Gastañeta’s area of expertise is corporate and financing law and transactions related to foreign investments law. He formed the First Board of Directors for the National Superintendence of Public Registries and was member of the Commission that drafted the current Regulations for the Companies Registry. Is member of the National Institute of Mining, Oil and Energy Law. Currently he forms the Controversies Court and the Arbitration Court of the Lima Stock Exchange. Mr. Gastañeta is a lawyer graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (1980), he speaks English and is member of the Lima Bar Association.
