Ms. Rossana Rodriguez specializes in tax, administrative and mining law. She graduated from the Universidad de Lima (1992), and is candidate for a Master Degree in Corporate Law (1996). She also has a post graduated Diploma from the Universidad de Salamanca (Spain, 2003), and has published several articles in local and foreign tax law reviews. Ms. Rodriguez is an active member of the Peruvian Institute of Tax Law and the International Fiscal Association and has participated in the Tax Committee of the National Mining, Oil and Energy Society and is an arbitrator registered with the Center for Conciliation and Arbitration of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. She has worked for the Peruvian Tax Administration (SUNAT) and for the Tax Court. She speaks English and is also member of the Lima Bar Association.
