Fernando Margarit

Fernando Margarit focuses his practice on domestic and international project development and corporate transactions. He routinely represents lenders, investors and developers on a wide range of telecommunications and infrastructure projects, and also regularly represents domestic and foreign clients on a variety of other corporate matters -- including complex financings, mergers & acquisitions, venture capital deals and joint ventures. Mr. Margarit is accustomed to working along-side counsel from foreign jurisdictions, and has particular experience and familiarity with the legal systems, culture and business practices of Latin America. Mr. Margarit's clients range from start-up corporations to some of the world's largest multinational telecommunications carriers, financial institutions and private and public companies.
