Gabriela Bindi joined Zang Bergel & Viñes Abogados in 2007 as senior associate. Her practice involves a broad range of corporate counsel and financial matters, with a focus on capital markets, financing agreements, private equity, venture capital transactions and debt restructurings.

Prior to joining ZBV, Ms Bindi worked as Head of International Affairs at the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange (1992-2007). Ms Bindi graduated from the Universidad de Buenos Aires (1995) and holds graduate degrees on Money Laundering and Fight against Terrorism (2005) and Strategic Intelligence (2003).

Ms Bindi is Professor at Universidad de Buenos Aires, Mercado de Valores de Rosario SA (ROFEX) and Holder of the Chair of the Master on Legal Aspects of Capital Markets and Other Capital Markets Related issues at Universidad Católica Argentina and Universidad Nacional de Rosario, among others.
