Andrés Montoya

Andrés Montoya is a Partner at Posse Herrera & Ruiz. His practice focuses on Dispute Resolution.

He has experience dealing with national and international arbitration, real estate, infrastructure, utilities, acquisitions, public bidding processes and contractual liability.

His practice includes, M&As, corporate structures, real estate, regulatory matters, civil and administrative litigation and the defense of national and international corporations in Government investigations.

Andres is a professor of civil and commercial law at undergraduate and graduate levels in different Colombian universities.

He received an LL.M. from McGill University and a J.D. from the Universidad de Caldas. He speaks Spanish and English.
