Pablo Perezalonso has been a partner of Ritch Mueller since 2000. Born in Mexico City in 1968, he obtained his law degree in 1991 from the Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico where he graduated with honours. He obtained a Master in Laws from the University of Michigan in 1993. He was a recipient of Fullbright, Ford/McArthur and CONACYT Scholarships. Prior to joining Ritch Mueller in 1994, Mr. Perezalonso participated in the negotiations of the NAFTA as part of the legal team of the Mexican government in 1991-1993. He worked as a foreign associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley and McCloy in New York in 1993-1994. Mr. Perezalonso specialises in securities transactions, international banking and financing transactions, regulatory matters, derivatives and capital markets. Mr. Perezalonso has been recognised as a leading practitioner by different publications. He has published several articles and contributed to specialised publications.
