Henry Lang

Henry Lang is the managing partner and founder of Lang & Asociados. He specialises in corporate, M&As, contracts, real estate, free trade zone, securities, computer and software law. He has actively participated in multiple start-up projects of multinational companies in Costa Rica.

He graduated as a lawyer from the University of Costa Rica in 1990, where he had the highest graduation GPA of the entire University and therefore graduated as valedictorian. He then continued his law formation at Harvard Law School, where he obtained his LL.M. in 1991 as a Fulbright Scholar.

Mr. Lang is the author of several articles and reports on corporate, foreign investment and intellectual property issues and writes regularly as a legal columnist for various newspapers and magazines.

He is fluent in Spanish, English and French.
