Mr Fuentes regularly advises buyers, sellers and investors in complex merger and acquisition transactions. He has significant experience with cross-border and international transactions. He has also participated in the public offering and private placement of debt, including medium-term notes and commercial paper, as well as equity securities and a variety of other corporate and structured finance transactions. He has been involved in several antitrust filings and investigations before the Mexican Antitrust Commission, and provides clients on an ongoing basis with advice on pricing and distribution practices and other antitrust compliance issues in order to help ensure that those clients conduct their day-to-day operations in conformity with the antitrust laws.
