Chilean governmental agency Corporación de Fomento de la Producción (CORFO) has retained Morales & Besa to divest its ownership in a fourth water and sanitation company, Essal, following sales of stakes in Esval, Essbio and Aguas Andinas last year as part of the privatisation of Chile’s water and sewage processing industry.
